The 24 Karat Club Southeastern United States (SEUS) will commemorate the 50th anniversary of its annual black-tie banquet on Saturday, August 22, bringing together jewelry industry leaders from across the Southeast for an evening dedicated to celebration, recognition and investing in the industry’s future. The milestone event will take place during the Atlanta Jewelry Show, held August 22–23.
Although the organization itself is celebrating its 54th year, the annual black-tie banquet marks its 50th year as one of the industry’s premier gatherings.
The evening will feature dinner and dancing, along with the presentation of the club’s annual awards and scholarships. Among the highlights are the prestigious Jeweler of the Year Award and educational scholarships that help recipients pursue jewelry education, technical training and professional development.
Supporting education has long been at the heart of the 24 Karat Club SEUS mission. Scholarships presented during the banquet are funded through the generosity of individual members, member companies and partnerships with industry organizations, allowing the club to continue investing in promising talent and strengthening the future of the jewelry industry.
“This year’s banquet is especially meaningful as we celebrate the 50th anniversary of an event that has become such an important tradition for our organization and our industry,” said Rick Arnemann, President of the 24 Karat Club SEUS. “We’re proud to continue supporting jewelry education and helping talented individuals build successful careers. None of this would be possible without the incredible generosity of our members, member companies and industry partners.”
